Description
Pigs in a Blanket are a delicious and easy-to-make party snack featuring mini sausages wrapped in flaky pastry.
Ingredients

- 1 package of mini sausages (about 24 sausages)
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Optional: mustard or ketchup for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a mini sausage at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
- Place the rolled sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolled sausages for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with mustard or ketchup for dipping.
