Instructions
- Wash and trim the green beans to fit into jars.
- In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
- Pack the green beans into sterilized jars, adding garlic, crushed red pepper, black peppercorns, and dill seeds.
- Pour the hot brine over the green beans, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Seal the jars and let them cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving to allow flavors to develop.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more crushed red pepper flakes.
- These pickled green beans can last up to 2 months in the refrigerator.
