Description

Delicious meatballs stuffed with the classic flavors of a Philly cheesesteak, combining ground beef, cheese, and sautéed peppers and onions.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the diced bell peppers and onions until soft.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  5. Stuff each meatball with a small amount of shredded provolone cheese.
  6. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture.
