Description
Delicious meatballs stuffed with the classic flavors of a Philly cheesesteak, combining ground beef, cheese, and sautéed peppers and onions.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the diced bell peppers and onions until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Stuff each meatball with a small amount of shredded provolone cheese.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture.
- These meatballs can be served with marinara sauce or on a sub roll for a sandwich.
