Description
Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are delicious mini sandwiches filled with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers, perfect for parties or game day.
Ingredients

- 1 lb thinly sliced beef
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package slider buns
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the slider buns in half and spread mayonnaise on the inside.
- Layer the beef mixture on the bottom half of the buns, then top with provolone cheese.
- Place the top half of the buns on and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some Worcestershire sauce to the beef while cooking.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Feel free to customize with additional toppings like jalapeños or mushrooms.
