Description

Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are delicious mini sandwiches filled with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers, perfect for parties or game day.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half and spread mayonnaise on the inside.
  5. Layer the beef mixture on the bottom half of the buns, then top with provolone cheese.
  6. Place the top half of the buns on and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
  7. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some Worcestershire sauce to the beef while cooking.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
