- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1 pound of thinly sliced beef (such as sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 ounces of provolone cheese, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and place it on a baking sheet, forming a rectangle.
- Layer the beef, onions, and peppers on one half of the crescent dough.
- Top with provolone cheese.
- Fold the other half of the crescent dough over the filling and seal the edges.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the filling.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
