  • 1 pound of thinly sliced beef (such as sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8 ounces of provolone cheese, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and place it on a baking sheet, forming a rectangle.
  5. Layer the beef, onions, and peppers on one half of the crescent dough.
  6. Top with provolone cheese.
  7. Fold the other half of the crescent dough over the filling and seal the edges.
