Delicious and adorable penguin-themed cupcakes that are perfect for parties and celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 can of chocolate frosting
- 12 Oreo cookies
- 24 candy corn pieces
- 24 mini marshmallows
- Black and orange food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
- Frost each cupcake with chocolate frosting.
- To create the penguin, cut the Oreo cookies in half and place them on top of the frosting for the penguin’s body.
- Use mini marshmallows for the penguin’s head and attach candy corn pieces for the beak.
- Use black and orange food coloring to add details to the penguin’s face.
Notes
- For a fun twist, try using different cake flavors.
- Make sure the cupcakes are completely cool before frosting to prevent melting.
- Store any leftover cupcakes in an airtight container.
