- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix until well combined and the mixture is sticky.
- If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
- Scoop the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm.
- Allow to cool before removing from the tin.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- These cups can be frozen for longer storage.
