Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin thoroughly.
- Roll out the croissant dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into triangles.
- Mix peach pie filling with sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of the peach filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll them up tightly.
- Arrange the rolled Cruffins in the muffin tin, standing them upright.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle a pinch of sugar over each.
