Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, apple cider vinegar, and water. Heat over medium until sugar dissolves.
- Add sliced peaches, habanero peppers, cinnamon, and salt to the saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until peaches are tender.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Transfer the mixture to sterilized jars and seal tightly.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
