  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla extract, and eggs, mixing until well combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Top with the peach mixture, spreading it evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Sprinkle brown sugar and nutmeg over the top.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
