A delightful summer fruit salad combining juicy peaches, creamy cheesecake, and a touch of crunch from nuts and marshmallows.

- 4 fresh peaches, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Wash, peel, and chop the peaches into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Beat until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chopped peaches and mini marshmallows.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Before serving, sprinkle the chopped nuts on top if desired.
- Serve in bowls or dessert cups and enjoy!
Notes
This salad can be prepared a day ahead, but add the nuts just before serving for maximum crunch. It’s best served chilled.
