- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2–3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the chopped peaches, sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well.
- Add the minced chipotle peppers, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt to the pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30-40 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
- Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal them immediately.
- Let the jars cool to room temperature before storing them in the refrigerator.

- Adjust the number of chipotle peppers based on your spice preference.
- This jam can be used as a glaze for meats or as a topping for desserts.
