A delicious and unique appetizer featuring the sweetness of peaches, creamy burrata, and spicy cowboy candy on crispy crostini.

- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1/2 cup cowboy candy (candied jalapeños)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Top each crostini with a slice of burrata cheese.
- Add a slice of peach on top of the burrata.
- Finish with a spoonful of cowboy candy.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add more cowboy candy.
- Can substitute peaches with nectarines if desired.
- Best served fresh, but can be prepared in advance and assembled just before serving.
