Description

A delicious and unique appetizer featuring the sweetness of peaches, creamy burrata, and spicy cowboy candy on crispy crostini.


Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1/2 cup cowboy candy (candied jalapeños)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  5. Top each crostini with a slice of burrata cheese.
  6. Add a slice of peach on top of the burrata.
  7. Finish with a spoonful of cowboy candy.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add more cowboy candy.
  • Can substitute peaches with nectarines if desired.
  • Best served fresh, but can be prepared in advance and assembled just before serving.
