Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the parsley, mint, and whole wheat flour.
- In another bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, water, and egg until blended.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface.
- Use cookie cutters to cut into desired shapes.
- Arrange cutouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or freeze for three months. Watch for any reactions when introducing new treats.
