Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced

  • 1 cup milk

  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. Layer the bread slices in the dish and top with sliced bananas.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and bananas.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
