Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • Additional Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of cupcake liners in a muffin tin to form the crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust in the muffin tin.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Top with additional crushed Oreos before serving.
