- 1 cup boiling water

- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Combine the orange Jello with 1 cup of boiling water in a medium bowl. Whisk until completely dissolved.
- Stir in 1 cup of cold water and set aside to cool slightly.
- Pour 1 cup of heavy cream into a separate large bowl. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cooled Jello mixture carefully.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared cookie pie crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) until set.
