- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Once noodles are cooked, reduce heat and stir in sour cream and paprika.
- Return the beef to the pot, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
