- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Once the noodles are cooked, return the steak to the skillet and mix well.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
