Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  5. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  6. Once the noodles are cooked, return the steak to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
