One Pan Marry Me Chicken

Description

A creamy and flavorful chicken dish with sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese, cooked in one pan for easy cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Carefully place the chicken in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
  5. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning, simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating each piece in the creamy sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the chicken and sauce a day in advance. This dish can also be made with different cheeses or by adding vegetables like spinach.
