Description
A creamy and flavorful chicken dish with sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese, cooked in one pan for easy cleanup.

- 4 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Carefully place the chicken in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
- Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning, simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating each piece in the creamy sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the chicken and sauce a day in advance. This dish can also be made with different cheeses or by adding vegetables like spinach.
