  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cooked spinach, drained
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.

  7. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and marinara sauce on top.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
