- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the peanut butter and honey until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.

- Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruit for extra flavor.
