- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add onions, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and cook until onions are translucent.
- Stir in the nacho cheese soup and mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, crushed tortilla chips, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
