  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the beef roast with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, beef broth, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme.
  3. Place the beef roast in the slow cooker and pour the balsamic mixture over it.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
