Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions using water, vegetable oil, and eggs.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  4. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Using the end of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the top of the cake.
  6. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake, ensuring it seeps into the holes.
