Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso for a few seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- In a serving dish, layer the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
