  • 2 cups of brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy.
  2. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso for a few seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
  3. In a serving dish, layer the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom.
  4. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  6. Dust the top layer with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings.
