Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and crushed mint chocolate candies.

Notes
- For a stronger mint flavor, increase the amount of peppermint extract.
