- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease your mini bundt cake pan generously.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, applesauce, honey, and egg; blend until smooth.
- Add whole wheat flour and half of the water, stir until combined, then add remaining water until smooth and thick.
- Pour batter into prepared pan cavities, filling two-thirds full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
For a gluten-free version, substitute whole wheat flour with oat flour. You can prepare batter a day in advance; just bring it to room temperature before baking.
