Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Once pancakes are cooked, let them cool slightly.
- Assemble the skewers by alternating mini pancakes and pieces of fresh fruit.
- Serve with maple syrup for dipping.
