- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Serve the meatballs warm with tzatziki sauce on the side.

- These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
