Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the feta cheese in the center of a medium baking dish.
- Surround the feta with cherry tomatoes and olives.
- Drizzle olive oil over the feta and vegetables, then sprinkle with minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, until the feta softens and turns golden.

Notes
