Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine maple syrup and sriracha in a bowl. Toss the salmon bites in the glaze until well coated.

- Prepare the mango salsa by mixing diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and let cool slightly.
