Description

A refreshing and delicious iced tea infused with the tropical flavors of mango and the smoothness of vanilla.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup vanilla syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a pot.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
  4. In a blender, combine the diced mango and vanilla syrup. Blend until smooth.
  5. Mix the mango puree into the cooled tea.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less vanilla syrup according to your taste.
  • This drink can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
  • For a stronger mango flavor, add more mango puree.
