- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2–3 Thai chilies, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the diced mango, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the chopped Thai chilies and lime juice to the mixture.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the jam thickens, remove it from heat and let it cool.
- Transfer the jam to sterilized jars and store in the refrigerator.
