- 4 fish fillets (such as tilapia or mahi-mahi)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the fish fillets with the olive oil mixture.
- Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- While the fish is grilling, prepare the mango salsa by combining diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing grilled fish on the tortillas and topping with mango salsa.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to use any type of fish you prefer.
- Adjust the spiciness of the salsa by adding more or less jalapeño.
- These tacos can be served with a side of lime wedges for extra flavor.
