Description
A refreshing iced tea made with green tea, fresh mango, and mint, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 2 green tea bags
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Boil the water in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add the green tea bags. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
- In a blender, combine the diced mango and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mango-mint mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Add the cooled green tea and stir well. Sweeten with honey if desired.
- Serve over ice and garnish with additional mint leaves or mango slices if desired.
Notes
- For a stronger mango flavor, use more mango or a mango puree.
- This drink can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
