Description
A refreshing iced tea made with mango and jasmine, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons jasmine green tea leaves
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup honey or to taste
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the jasmine tea leaves. Steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a pitcher and let it cool.
- Add the diced mango and honey to the cooled tea, stirring until the honey is dissolved.
- Refrigerate the tea for at least 1 hour to chill.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
- For a stronger mango flavor, blend the mango into a puree before adding it to the tea.
- This tea can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
