Description

A refreshing iced tea made with mango and jasmine, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons jasmine green tea leaves
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup honey or to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a pot.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the jasmine tea leaves. Steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea into a pitcher and let it cool.
  4. Add the diced mango and honey to the cooled tea, stirring until the honey is dissolved.
  5. Refrigerate the tea for at least 1 hour to chill.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
  • For a stronger mango flavor, blend the mango into a puree before adding it to the tea.
  • This tea can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
