- 1 cup jalapeños, sliced
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, turmeric, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the diced mango and sliced jalapeños to the pot. Stir well to combine.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Pour the mixture into sterilized jars and seal tightly.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
