A refreshing summer beverage combining the tropical flavor of mango with the floral notes of hibiscus.
Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
- Add the dried hibiscus flowers to the boiling water and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher and discard the flowers.
- Add the diced mango and honey or agave syrup to the warm tea, stirring until dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- For a stronger hibiscus flavor, steep the flowers for a longer time.
- Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
- This tea can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
