Ingredients

  • 2 black tea bags
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a saucepan.
  2. Add the black tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the grated ginger and honey until dissolved.
  4. Add the diced mango and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  5. Strain the tea to remove the mango pieces and ginger.
  6. Refrigerate the tea until chilled.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with additional mango slices or ginger if desired.
