Instructions

- Drain the potatoes in a colander and let them steam dry briefly.
- Mix in the warm butter and milk mixture.
- Mash until smooth and fluffy using a potato masher or ricer.

- Reheat on the stovetop or microwave, adding milk or butter as needed.
