  • 1/4 Cup Butter

Instructions

  2. Boil the potato chunks in cold, salted water until fork-tender (15-20 minutes).
  3. Drain the potatoes in a colander and let them steam dry briefly.
  4. Mix in the warm butter and milk mixture.

  7. Reheat on the stovetop or microwave, adding milk or butter as needed.
