A delicious and hearty casserole made with tater tots, loaded baked potato toppings, and a creamy sauce.

			- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked bacon, green onions, and half of the cheddar cheese to the mixture.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the frozen tater tots evenly on the bottom.
- Pour the sour cream mixture over the tater tots, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings like jalapeños or diced tomatoes.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon.
