  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked lentils, grated carrots, and chopped onions.
  2. Add flour, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Form the mixture into small patties and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
