Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs, sour cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice, mixing until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Prepare the crumb topping by mixing the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon, then sprinkle it over the batter.
