- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange a layer of zucchini slices in a baking dish.
- Spread a layer of ricotta cheese over the zucchini.
- Pour a layer of marinara sauce over the ricotta.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese bubbles and is golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with basil if desired, and serve.
