  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 1 cup sponge cake, cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the dried lavender into the whipped cream.
  3. In a trifle dish, layer half of the cubed sponge cake at the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the lemon curd over the sponge cake layer.

  6. Sprinkle half of the fresh blueberries and raspberries over the whipped cream.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining sponge cake, lemon curd, whipped cream, and berries.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  9. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
