A delicious and easy-to-make Korean Ground Beef Bowl that is packed with flavor and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
- This dish can be served with steamed vegetables for added nutrition.
