- 1 lb steak strips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Korean fire noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil, mixing well.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the level of gochujang to control the spiciness.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or broccoli.
