  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Korean fire noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil, mixing well.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
