- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, cooking for about 1 minute.
- Gradually add the milk, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the chopped kimchi and cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce, mixing well to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- For extra spice, add some gochujang to the cheese sauce.
