Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust.
  4. Bake the crust for about 8 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  5. Whisk the egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk together in a separate bowl until smooth.
  6. Add fresh lime juice, lime zest, and salt, whisking until well combined.
  7. Pour the lime filling into the cooled crust and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes, until the filling is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
  9. Serve chilled with whipped cream if desired.
